Row Forge is built for Concept2 ergs with a PM5 monitor. Connect through the mobile app to run structured sessions and capture performance data.
What does Row Forge Intelligence do?
It uses your tests, training history, recent results, and campaign progress to recommend what to train next, explain completed workouts, and answer training questions.
How do the web portal and mobile app work together?
Use the mobile app to connect to your PM5 and complete workouts. Use either the app or web portal to browse training and review your progress.
How do subscriptions work?
